My friend JoEllen is a few years older than I am but, oh she is so much wiser. I was very concerned about getting older(I'm 48). JoEllen told me, you know it's not like when you turn 50 someone's going to hang a sign around your neck, saying hey I'm 50. She's taught me to relax and stop stressing over things. I learned that it's okay to go without makeup especially on the weekends and how to be comfortable in my own skin;imperfections and all.
No matter what, take your makeup off before bed.
